Kennedy makes some nice boxes and they have a powder coat finish. That is what 75% of the machinist boxes are out there (if you have seen the brown wrinkle powder coat it is a Kennedy). I have had a couple for many years and they have been great. The regular slides are smoother than most places BB slides.
