I know that Matco air tools are made by Ingersoll Rand. Who makes Snap-On, Mac, Craftsman, etc. air tools?

I have never heard anything about Snap-On paint failing. Craftsman tends to bubble from rust. Of course it depends on the grade of box from either one I guess.
Considering the abuse that tool boxes take, I'm surprised that manufacturers are not yet powdercoating them. Then again, Craftsman boxes are made by Waterloo Industries in Waterloo, IA and we're always behind a little bit down here.
