if its running lean, its fuel issue pretty much...

thats pretty much it right?
fuel pump builds enough pressure and the car drives nicely all around
except when it builds boost.
Turning the screw on the fpr makes preassure go up and down nicely. only went up to 45psi not higher because his screw is also bent so it couldn't tighten it any more.
we removed the boost line off the WG so it was only runing 17-21 psi (on the spring only) with same issue
