Nice video. Those were some fast cars he was up against, I think the first one went 8s. I was expecting to see him against some Honda running 14s.

Was the car on a 2 step? It sounded to me like he was just free reving and slipping the clutch.

He wanted to free rev it as he thought he could make boost and get out of the hole without the two step/anti-lag. Plus any more power off the line would have overpowered those tires even more. The game plan is to utilize the antilag on the launch and in between shifts once we have some better tires on there.
