If your Egr is stuck open at idle then that would explain your crappy idle. Egr is used at cruise speeds like on the highway mostly. When the engine is cold it richens up the Afr allot, so theoretically if the egr is stuck open wide and your engine is cold it will let allot of exhaust back into the cylinders which will displace oxygen and cause the rich fuel mixture to not ignight.

Try swapping the egr's from car to car.

I just let it arc onto the head. But the car still started and drove after I did that test, like probably 4 dys ago i did that test. It drove thursday night even, got home, and came back 3 hours and it wouldnt start.

well thank god she is runnin normal again (for now anyway). Turns out the long connector from the fuel rail to connect into the ecu or battery was barely even plugged in. Also, I had a bad wire, which i didnt even suspect, becuase I bought brand new ones... Well, guess they can be bought faulty out of the box, im proof. Thanks for everyones help!
