I assme they put on new oil return gaskets but make sure to check them. All you have to do is get under and check for leaks. It is the hard line from the turbo to the oil pan. Check your coolant also. May be a decent head gasket leak but I am with everyone else in saying that the exhaust is probly white because of the weather.
