I just don't get them. Do they not realize that pissing on the members of all these DSM forums keeps money from going into their pockets? I just don't understand the mentality. Even if their customer service has improved, which I doubt, they've lost a large portion of their potential customer base bye insulting them all. JET is actually a former customer of SBR but he no longer is due to getting screwed over by you guys, surprise surprise.

Why are you even on this board anymore? You contribute to the community in no way other than posting in your worthless thread while all the other board vendors/sponsors actually add to the community through tech advice/info among many other things.
