Sorry to say that you would end up spending more money to try and take him to small claim's court like $500.00/w lawyer. The good thing is that you got the product from e-bay so you have the chance to stop payment and return too sender, I would Immedlitly file a bad buy report and the following action will insue paypal will refund money the seller will try and give you a negitive report on e-bay for not paying and you follow with a report with them saying they sell GARBAGE. In the long run Money will be returned too you as along as the 30days with paypal has'nt exceded, and chock it up as a lesson learned, and if you still are going to buy from E-GARBAGE buy from people you know or a repuitable sorce.
