Like peter said, the 9:00 time was chosen due to food and drink specials starting at that time. Not for any other reason.
"We" didn't chose, a couple of you chose. And obviouslly we are all finding some discrepencies with your choice. So now, "we" are choosing somewhere, and are trying to get it so we can meet in the middle, to try and maximize participation by hearing everyone out. A couple things I see that are things we are looking for are:
1)
Ability to be outside: Whether this be a park, a parking lot, or a patio.
2)
Food: Everyone wants to be able to get something to eat.
3)
Alcohol: A very large majority of the regulars who have consistently atteneded, thus proving they will continue to attend, have said beer or other alcohol being available would be good.
4)
Location A centralized location. (ie: Golden Valley, Crystal, Brooklyn Park)
5)
No Age Limit: Somewhere that even those of us not of age will be able to come along.
