Re: Our new ride
What!!!!!
I guess the designer will be changing the logo to MazdaStyle.com
We sell Forzda at our dealership. The MazdaSpeed 6 is the only one I would ever own. Fuck the RX8, what a piece of junk.
p.s. Post some damn pics already biaches.

Re: Our new ride
Gratz!! They are really nice cars. I have always loved the handling of the Mazda, they feel a lot like the german cars. They just stick to the road. I beat the crap out of some regular 6's at the mazdaspeed challenge and they handle great for a midsized car.

Re: Our new ride
Excellent choice. The Mazdaspeed 6 would be my choice if I had to buy a new car today for a daily driver.
later,

Very nice color too. Drive it like you stole it man. And to Jana, just joking... I bet you can drive it when ever you want too.

Re: Our new ride
Patty @ LSE said she could learn on the MR since that's closer to needing a new clutch. We may head to a parking lot and either:
A) teach her to drive
B) break in the flexible seating

Re: Our new ride
I learned to drive stick by test-driving used (at dealerships, not private party) Neons and Cavaliers, I suggest Jana doing the same (her choice of econocar(s) though).

Re: Our new ride
Hey that's the new color, Old Goat Grey. Did I see Jana's nipple in the reflection on that bumper?

Re: Our new ride
Well, I took it out for my first spin this morning. I got up to third around our little townhome loop, so nothing too fast... but I did a pretty decent job. I didn't kill it all, so that's a start.

Re: Our new ride
I would imagine that the intercoolers on those would heatsoak pretty easily considering they're a top mount with no kind of hood vent. Unless there's maybe some kind of ducting on the hood that takes in air from the grille?

Re: Our new ride
Yeah, there is ducting in the hood for the top mount IC. Looks like it is as good as needed for that setup and normal daily driving performance.
As far as our first mod? A set of winter wheels & tires. Popssible intake & exahust from the mazdaspeed collection down the road to retain the warrenty.
