It's BS. It was on purpose and planned and people knew about it. Why did she have her nipple covered with a star? Anyway the only reason people are apologizing about it is because some parents probably bitched and now CBS is taking heat from the B.O.D. Thus they put the blame on MTV who is now sitting back thinking "fuck this, we gave them what they wanted", and actually having to put out the whole "we didn't plan it that way" BS lines.
And if they would have been smart and just had Jessica Simpson get nekkid right off that bat everything would have been just fine.
