Like Bode said, first, try adjusting the master cylinder rod on the clutch pedal. I believe you adjust it out if it's grabbing too close to the floor. Then come back and tell us your findings.

Well i adjusted it and it did nothing got anymore ideas guys, i'm begining to think this tranny is not a rebuilt and its shit.
