What can a 2g really run for boost?

I do have a Wideband to tune with. For nock you have to get a dsmlink right. I heard that you cant datalog with a pda on the 2g?

Yes, you need something like dsmlink to read knock. Yes, you can datalog 2g's. I have dsmlink loaded on my laptop and my palm pda. That's nice because then i don't have to keep the laptop in the car all the time.

You can datalog on 2g's even without dsmlink with products like pocketlogger BUT you won't get knock readings, so those products are kinda useless. You can datalog timing. When you see timing being pulled back then you pretty much ASSUME it's knock.

Just get dsmlink. If you have a 95 talon that's your screen name says, you'll already have the correct ECU. Just need it socketed for the new chip.
