My brother made one and it works perfectly. He used something different than an allen head to turn it in and out though so it could be done by hand.

Motorcycle cop pulls up next to me on UNI and says "Want to race?"
Me- "I don't think you would stand a chance."
Cop says "probably not" and drives off.
