Mitsu dealerships need to stop thinking the EVO is a rare exotic and can't be test-driven. Every other dealership realizes this when they are used and freely allow test-drives. Also, other car manufactuers freely allow you to drive one of their cars in the same price bracket as the EVO.

MR's are pretty limited, I don't think they want to waste them during test drives. It makes sense.
