Ok, I've installed CV shafts in my AWD DSMs before with no problems. I know how to install them correctly.

I asked my uncle, a 20+ year experienced mechanic. He instantly said the front diff is worn. That makes sense! But that pisses me off. Maybe it needs to be shimmed? Ahhh I don't want to pull my tranny again
