Girlfriends Turbo Project underway

After putting it off for well over a year Finally got my ass in gear and going on it. She owns a 95 Honda Del Sol with a D16Z6 or some shit like that. I know it as a SOHC VTEC. In about 3 hours Got the front mount mounted and fit, Manifold and turbo bolted up, injecters are in, this that and the other thing.
So far all thats left is poor mans stand alone. Fuel Pressure regulator Running oil lines, coolant lines, exhaust, gauges.

Anyone Know much about Turbo Edit? Where to find what other maps people are using for this style setup?

Isn't Turboedit for OBD0 applications? A 95 should be OBD1.

Re: Girlfriends Turbo Project underway

You want UberData or Crome, which are rom editors. You can use also EcuControl which, I believe, is realtime like DSMLink, but I don't know much about it.I'll check into it for you

http://uberdata.pgmfi.org/
http://www.pgmfi.org/twiki/bin/view/Library/WebHome

EDIT: Here's the link for Crome http://www.radicalperformance.com/download/

I got a few friends with programmers, that can get you an ecu..i believe it's a p-06 ecu, from a civic, with basemaps loaded on it for a turboed car. You can also have the rev limiter removed, the launch control added, and some other neat stuff. We used it a lot for the f-series motors in the hondas, but perhaps it could work with your setup?

Doesn't Z-dyne have an ecu (or a program) for a turboed sol engine? Isn't the gold one fully programmable?

Yeah I found out uberdate is the way to go. ACRUCRAZY thanks for the motivation factor. She is shitting her pants hearing about the progress. Got the oil return hooked up into the pan oil feed hooked up fuel pressure regulator B&M that wasn't as cheap as i wanted it to be. fuel pressure gauge. What exactly do the Stock T25 wastegates run?
Eric can you find other peoples maps that have the same setup out there and go with those?

Well im an ECU an intercooler coupler a 3s waste gate and a boost gauge away from having this baby running. Everything has gone smooth the front mount is hidden from the naked eye, major 14 second sleeper haha. I'm really excited and everything looks really good. So we will see what happens in a couple days.

We usually don't call any 14 second car a sleeper, we just call them slow.

I agree, She was a 16.5 in it before, buddy with the same setup hit 13.8's with his non-vtec civic. so we will see whats up i guess.

If it wasn't for allwheel drive every car on this site would run 14 seconds. And dont deny it.
