Re: Hey
Put the turbo on there and bigger injectors first, then when this engine blows, rebuild it.
Welcome!

Be sure to post up a review about this turbo when you have it up and going. Have you made it through emissions testing with those mods and only a S-AFC for tuning? Every story I have seen is that people have to throw on a catalytic converter or have all kinds of fun with DSMLink, AEM, etc.

Re: Hey
Welcome, and don't forget to get different plugs when that turbo goes on. I hope you're running only quality oil filters with all that preasure you've got.

Re: Hey
ok, I am going to try and answer everyones questions at Once.
First let me say thank you for everyones comment. I have pictures posted. I added like 11 of them in your guys Pic gallery. I do plan on throwing on my Evo 3 TB, FMIC, 2.5 IC piping, And 57 trim at once. But i have been having problems with my car ever since i did the full 6 bolt swap (non-responsive, boost seems to not come on strong on my 14b turbo, Misfiring, ect . I am using Mitsu timing belt, oil pump, water pump, ect. Only quality parts go in this car. I plan on building a 6 bolt on the side (pistons, rods, everything !!! ) So i am still going to drop in my 680 injectors and my 57 trim very soon. If i blow the Motor then i will have the built one ready to drop in if a problem arises. I have dropped tons of parts in this car to help it run better, But for some reason it still isnt running all that well. Will Keep everyone posted on How this turbo performs on 100 octane Pump 76 gas, And normal 91 California gas. I hear this turbo works great on Pump gas, so only time will tell. I plan on boosting 18 psi on streets, and 22 psi at the track. My plan is to have the car around 350-400 hp and be a reliable daily driver.
- do you guys have a troubleshooting section ? I could use your guy's help.

Re: Hey
I would double check the timing of the car, it is really easy to get off a tooth on the timing belt change and that will make a huge difference. Any CEL lights?
We do have a tech section also.

Re: Hey
Have I need to have my baseline timing Check . As for the CEL, the only ones i ever got was the RM , So i got a Blacktop CAS, And Havent had a Cel pop up since. Well as for the boost.... I think i pretty much fixed that problem or at least cured most of the problem. I can boost alot better now, But the Power/Pull of the Car isnt what it used to be. I dont know acually, I mean my first 4G63 Engine was fully built with Internals, Lightweight flywheel, ect. So maybe thats why i am not happy with the power. Not to mention The motor was bored out, and balanced. But it still doesnt feel as fast as i should be considering the amount of mods i have done. Car still Misfires even with New Plugs,MSD wires, ect.

Re: Hey
Definately sounds like a timing issue. Why do you have a giant tach?
