Re: Sleep Per Night Average
I am one of the lucky losers who is still being socially molded into a good student because of the great thing called highschool. For me I get anywhere from 4 1/2 to 6 with a half hour of trying to fall asleep.. I'm sure I am like a few others where if you try and fall asleep early you are dog ass tired the next and rather than going to bed late and being alert or wired instead.

Re: Sleep Per Night Average
6-8, but when you have a small child, it really isn't up to you how much sleep you get.

Straight liquor doesn't contain many calories at all, its the alcapops and beer that'll get ya. I have been drinking a lot of beer lately and its deffinately adding up on my waistline hence why I've been a on straight-from-the-bottle binge of liquor lately. Speaking of which, some strawberry Smirnoff is calling my name....

Re: Sleep Per Night Average
Beer is definitely a wasteline additive, I've added a few extra pounds since my beer drinking somehow picked up.

Re: Sleep Per Night Average
Nothing like the Capt'n to tuck me in at night. I'm reading my current 750ml flask of the capt'n right now and other than a little warnign about operating a car or heavy machinery, which some people shouldn't do sober, I don't see anything about calories and shit. And that's the way I like it. WoTt! Time for a drink!

Re: Sleep Per Night Average
Alcoholic beverages aren't required to have ingredients or nutrition information listed on the packaging. Damn it I dropped my bottle... Since I drink for free most nights the calories in beer have been adding up!

Re: Sleep Per Night Average
I have a sleeping disorder, so sometimes I won't be able to sleep for 1-3 days straight, sometimes I'll sleep for 1-3 days straight. When that shit doesn't happen, I usually sleep about 8-10 hours a night, and 1-2 naps during the day/evening.

Re: Sleep Per Night Average
4-6 during the week cause i come home from work around 6ish and do hw till about 3 am for class the next morning (I hate college damn it). For some reason caffeine doesnt keep me up.. actually makes me sleep. I tried drinking 2 cans of coke to stay up and study for a test and ended up falling asleep in an our at my desk. Same result with coffee. Weekends aren't long enough to catch up on sleep for me.

Re: Sleep Per Night Average
I average about 2 nowdays. At least once a week I end up doing the all nighter (0 sleep) and at some point each week I crash and need to catch up so I end up doing 8 or so. It's all FUBAR.

Re: Sleep Per Night Average
Around 5-6 hours per night. Mostly because I sit up and talk with fags on car boards, watch my TIVO'd car programs and then get up and get my son ready and off to daycare so I can hit the club and still get to work by 10am. Sundays that I play guitar or race, I get 3-4 since I have to get up that much earlier.
