Those "key" bolts might be hard to find, they are a bit up under the car. You shouldn't have to remove the headlights the way I do it. The rest of the stuff in that front bumper removal needs to be done whichever way you do it though.

If you look at this picture and see the around 1.5" x 1.5" square holes in the frame on each side of the intercooler, that is where the bumper supports I am talking about slide into. So if you follow those holes back underneath the car maybe 6 inches, you should see 2 bolts holding the bracket to the frame. The bolts are a few inches apart.
