As stated in Tom's NAME, he drives a 2G which do not have differences like 1G's.

I'm more than aware of that, I was stating it for those who were interested and so they knew the advantages/disadvantages of leaving those parts in.

Also, that is why I mentioned if I were to do the swap in a 1G....
