I cheaped out on tires for these as I had just spent 1500 on tires the year before (275's are pricey  ) and didn't want to spend a lot.
Maybe its just my rim/tire size setup but I think they are pretty good for DD duty and have plenty of grip, even when I was making 750whp. |
Did you ever corner hard on them? Maybe if they had a little stretch on them they wouldn't be so bad, but the 245/45-17's I had cornered like fuckin snow tires. Mushy.
