Doesn't the HTA68 flow about the same a stock evo 9 turbo?

No idea, but I would want to assume the HTA68 flows better than the IX, considering the HTA68 has a HTA wheel.

It might not have better top end but the mid-range has to be 15-20whp better for sure...
