ok, dcblade.....
the tint % states amount of light passed thru the tint... meaning on 7.5% means only that much of the light will pass thru...
so if you shine a 100lumins light bulb it will only look like a 7.5 lumins on the other side. However that is just the easiest way to describe it.. might not be the 100% correct but its good to give an example and teach you in process so you remember for later..
