Now, if you are concerned about your image (yet to be determined), you might address the remaining complaints and respond to the BBB. Ignoring them is doing nothing for your reputation. I for one am closer to www.Jayracing.com

A day has gone by and no rebuttal yet. This one must sting, or their think tank is trying really hard to come up with a bullshit excuse to make it out to be the customer's fault. 5 unresolved delivery issues, and 1 unresolved refund/exchange issue.
