I totaly agree with this statment. I respect the 3S guys alot. I mean wow to take a yaht and put that in the 9's is great. I bet if Swanny could hook up he be close. Or even there. We don't know what that Stealth can do with a clean run.

But I think the reason why the Evo's are so quick to get in the low times...is the Mivecc they have on the 4g.... Unless they are not running that. I know the FTO's have it.

LOL haha. Go look around on the EVO forums and notice that a lot of the EVO owners go out and buy a car, then drop it off at Buschur or AMS, then write a huge check and make them promise that they will be the new dyno queen on the internet. After they are praised on the net they find a good driver and have them rocket their car into the 9s.

Now, not all EVO owners are this way but the ones that are the fastest, in most cases, are either business owners(AMS, Buschur, etc) or they are rich guys on the coast that have nothing better to do with their money.

Props to another 3/S in the 9s, hopefully next season we can have a local in the running. It obviously takes a lot of enginuity(sp?) to get a land barge like that to trap that low of a time.

What I like about Buschur is.... They made a deal with Medina Mitsubishi to make a package deal. Basicly you get either a 330hp Evo 8 or a 350hp Evo 8. And have the 330 or 350 Buschur logo stamped on your car. The best part is...they still honor your warrenty too. So if something breaks take it back to Medina Mitsu and get it fixed. Yes it cost more but eh...that was a great deal for Buschur. I do not know if AMS did the same deal with there local Mitsubishi Dealer. I don't know if Medina still offers that deal. I bet they do but eh.

And I am sorry for thinking that the Evo8 guys have the MIVEC system on there 9 second cars. My misstake.
