The point is how much tread is on the other three tires. If they are worse then what stated then replace the other three. AWD cars always needs to be the same. Unless you like to break stuff. But eh...what do I know. I know you can get away with just replacing two on FWD or RWD cars. But I think AWD needs to be the same size and wear....

Well the wear is not that great, I'm guessing about 1% or less of the circumference, which I don't think will matter.

You really should actually measure the tread depth. Are you going to be at Applebees tonight? I'll bring my gauge if you want.
