Eagle Aftermarket Rods for 2g

That's probably my plan. I'll just wait and while i wait, hope nothing ever happens. Can anyone give me some input on this. Let's say i wanted to build up a 6 bolt. I'm gonna use my 2g head because it's ported and also because i have a 2g Magnus intake. Let's assume i had a decent 6 bolt bottom end from the fly wheel to the timing belt cover. I would use the stock 6 bolt big rods but get 2g 8.5:1 pistons.

What would this project cost roughly so i kinda know what to prepare for?

- 2g pistons .020 over
- .020 over bore job
- all new crank bearings, shortblock gaskets, etc.
- bal shaft eliminator kit
- flywheel resurfacing
- machine shop assembly labor time (for the short block)

I just want a ball park figure on what it would cost to rebuild the bottom end and then use my 2g head. If i got a shortblock for roughly $500(or whatever), would the above rebuild be another $500 for a total of $1,000(entire project) or am i too low with my estimate?
