Correct, you will have no lines running to the BOV line. Its best to keep the MBC hoeses as short as possible, this helps reduce/prevent boost spike (generally the boost responds more quickly). As for the copper connector with the pinhole in it, w/o seeing you exact boost controller I'm assuming that is the outlet nipple on the side (not bottome) of the unit similar to my Joe P. If I assumed correctly, then yes, that is the nipple to connect with the wg.
