I used great stuff foam to seal up the bottom of my building where the siding ribs meet the flashing on the grade board. I've realized that there are multiple leaks that drained out that area. Now they drain out on to the floor.

Do you mind sharing what it cost for the initial structure, concrete pour, etc? I have been considering the same thing in the near future and I literally have no clue what that sort of thing costs.
