ARP rod studs/bolts

I was wondering if this should be done on a motor that was just put together or if it is too late

It is a 1g rod 2g piston combo and I want it to put up with 350 to 400 hp without wondering if it is going to hold.

The bad part is that the pistons are on the rods already...

Can it still be done by a machinist or will the pistons have to be taken off of the rods for this to be done?

Is it worth it or are the stock rod bolts strong enough?

Opinions? Thoughts? smart ass remarks?
