You can't get tazzed for having a cracked windshield, I was simply noting all the things against her. Even if she didn't have a warrant out, I say she got what she deserved for not getting of her damn phone. Speaking of cell phones, hopefully they completely ban then while driving soon; over the past day I've almost been hit 3 times because of people simply not paying attention to the road (talking on the phone, arms/hands waving around, etc.).
