You can't get tazzed for having a cracked windshield, I was simply noting all the things against her. Even if she didn't have a warrant out, I say she got what she deserved for not getting of her damn phone. Speaking of cell phones, hopefully they completely ban then while driving soon; over the past day I've almost been hit 3 times because of people simply not paying attention to the road (talking on the phone, arms/hands waving around, etc.).

She had it coming for her when she started talking on the phone while the officer was trying to talk to her. He even warned her and she didnt listen, hahaha. Looks like that police car is some sort or sports car. Notice the hood? My guess would be a Mustang, :).
