What's your favorite kind of Beer?
What is your favorite kind of beer? I’d have to say, mine is Summit extra pale ale. It’s just a good beer. A lot of people don’t like the hops, but I think that’s what makes it so good.
Here’s some of the others that I like.
Guiness - Best dark beer
Red Hook IPA – I like hops
James Page – I swear it’s Summit with a different label
Amsdel Light – The best tasting light beer I’ve ever had
St. Pauli Girl – A good choice to mix it up a bit
Leinei’s Honey Weiss – A great choice for a lighter beer with some flavor
IPA from Town Hall in Minneapolis – Hops Roxors teh BIG one111!!!!
There’s more that I will list later.
So what’s you’re favorite beer?

Newcastle Nutbrown Ale. Every bottle I open makes me smile, and have had the opportunity to host a few kegger's with it, and I must say it is worth every penny.

I've always loved wheat beers, so I am very partial to Blue Moon Belgian White ale, and Boulevard Unfiltered wheat beer.
For dark beer you can't beat Guinness. Red beer is a toss-up between Killian's and Leine's. Other stuff I like is James Paige, Red Hook and Sierra Nevada. For microbrews you can't beat Hopps and Rock Bottom.

I'm a fan of the new Budweiser Select. Other than the typical domestics, I've never really drank much of the 'fancier' beers.

I'd have to say Leinei’s Honey Weiss is my favorite beer, I also don't mind Guiness but have to be in the right mood.
Otherwise I'm a red wine drinker or mixed drinks.

Leinei’s Honey Weiss (and i thinks it's even better from the tap) or MGD Light.
But I enjoy a Rum and Coke or Margarita much more.

Re: What's your favorite kind of Beer?
Well over the weekend I was up in Madison and checked out a few new beers.
I went through a fair amount of Leinei's Red & Leinei's Honey. I would have to say that Honey was my favorite of the two and definitely is a beer that I'll probably purchase in the future. I also had fair amount of Spotted Cow which I came to really like by the time the weekend was over. The brewery where Spotted Cow is produced also brews a beer called Fat Squirrel but I didn't have a chance to taste it.
I also toured the Capital Brewery in Madison and was able to sample their different beers. My favorite by far is their Capital 1900 which I would describe as very flavorful and a touch bit heavier than Leinei's Honey. I was able to sample the beer that Capital is currently refining as a competitor to Leinei's Honey and some of the other light, popular micro-brews on the market.
