Ive spent the last couple of days working on the dsm. i pulled the motor and tranny out to fix an oil leak, and put a new STOCK clutch in

no more 2600...
To get to the point, under boost the car does a little jerking and the turbo whines alot louder than normal. Im not really sure what i need to know how to tell if the turbo is shot, before i rebuilt the motor i disconnected the wastegate vaccum line just to push the car over the edge...not that any DSM needs help breaking, but there just doesnt seem to be any power out of the 14b... any suggestions?
