This is a stupid question I know but if someone could afford it how much damage would a greddy T88 Turbo do to a DSM? Even if the motor was done up all pretty? j/w thats al.

???
It really depends upon how hard you swing at the motor, and where you hit it.
I'd go for the head w/o the valvecover, that way you can dent the cams and such, or take the head off and go for the pistons...

Im still a newbie to all this but wouldnt it be too much for the motor to take since 4 cyls have a limit to hp and everything wouldnt it increast tha chance of a thrown piston or something like that?

Umm. Josh was joking around. As in physically hitting the motor with the turbo. It would take a very well built 4G63 to spool a T-88. It's a big turbo. Besides the new GT series is better in most cases. If you new to DSM’s you should do a hole bunch of reading before you ask a question like this.

The main damage that will occur is the mainfold might overload and the floorboards might start falling off.

And after that, you can go outrun the cops like nothing happened.

The real answer to your question is nothing. Since it won't spool before you hit the revlimiter, you'll have the reliability of a N/A motor.

the puns were ok, untill this one. you just went overboard. Now, me and the mad scientist have to tear apart the block and replace the piston rings you just fried.

No one likes the tuna here, why don't u go to fat burger where you can get a wing and altezzas for $2.99.

Seriously though.
T-88 is old school setup. The wheels are way outdated compared to the newer gt series of wheels and it would take an extremely nutty motor+ nitrous to even get the motor to even think about spooling it.

15min late to the world
There is one T88H on a dsm 2.0 full boost by 7k revs to 10k and makes 7xx+ off the bottle.
