Re: Shari's 2009 Raliart
Well today has not been a good day for me and Shari. Shari was driving her Ralliart and she lost all movement. Transmisson seems toi be working as it goes through all gears. Unfortanatly it was put into park while transmisson was internally still moving and the parking pawl is not functioning so well anymore.
While car is on 4 stands and rear parking brake are set, I had her hold a front tire while I turned the other. I shouldnt have been able to turn it with her holding it. Driveshaft was not spinnning so that rules out the rear differential.
Drained the transfer case, fluid has slight metal flakes but nothing serious. Pulled the cover that you use to check pinion backlash, found no problems. Removed both front cv shafts and found no problems.
Next step, going remove the transfer case.

Re: Shari's 2009 Raliart
I wonder if flat-bed drivers have a running joke about AWD Mitsus?
I'm trying to find a pic of my IX up on the flat-bed too, but I can't find it.

Oh, fun game, mitsu on tow truck game!
Not a flad bed but close.
I have like 5 other instances of it being towed, I think they are on my home pc though and I am at work in north dakota.
This is a fun thread idea i think, tow truck thread.

Re: The Flatbed Thread!
A few years back. Wasn't broken, just trailered it up to PG #2. Rented this trailer from a guy in Anoka.
And a pic of our new flat bed we bought. Has had a couple cars on it already but didn't take pics

Re: The Flatbed Thread!
exactly - details on whats up with the car shane? IF you ever want to sell the shell hit me up around tax season. Still looks awesome as always.
Never took pictures of my car on the trailer. Wonder if John or Josh have any from when they towed me home from BIR.

Re: The Flatbed Thread!
Add it to the list. Found out the hard way I have a slightly large fuel leak when filled with more than $30 of petrol.
