Sweet! What's the stage 1 2.2L comprised of? Sleeves or no sleeves? I'd think you'd need sleeves and stock crank for a 2.2L which makes me think more of your stage 2 (I tell people I have a stage 1.5 since I have stock sleeves but the ultimate duty rods).

Just curious Power looks fantastic...max boost only 24 though, this is e85 I assume? What fuel setup is on this beast?

I thought the 2.2's had a custom size crank? You'd really have to open up the bore on a 2.0 crank to get 2.2L.

Either way, that's one of the most linear hp curves I've ever seen, that puppy doesn't drop off a bit on the high end. Nice work.

It's actually got the Manley 94mm crank, stock sleeves. E85 yes, I believe it is a DW300 pump I'm not certain on the injectors.

When you sleeve these you can go from 86mm stock bore to 88mm (2.1L) or 90mm (2.2L), add in the 94mm Manley crank and you get another .2L for a maximum displacement of 2.4L

Interesting setup! I guess if it had a spun bearing this would be a decent way to go.

So there's no room for a 100mm crank (like traditional 4G63 strokers), or nobody wants one in favor of more rev-ability on the 94mm crank?

ERL uses the 4b12 crank, which makes it a 2.3L. I think that is a 96/98mm crank though? I think.

So you can get a 2.5L 4b11 if you want.

However I'd personally pay a bit extra for the nice new Manley 2.2L crank as you can rev to 8500 safely

You could do this if you spun a bearing and your cylinder walls looked alright I suppose. Then you could hone them and get new custom pistons/rods for the crank. However if I were you if you have to take your motor out again I'd sleeve it. You already overbored your stock sleeves!

That looks awesome! Looks like my 16g dyno chart but with +120whp.

ERL uses a 97mm OEM crank with custom connecting rods and some Nissan rod bearings. We originally planned to do the same but then Manley came out with their 94mm billet crank and pricing was very similar with far fewer headaches lol.
