HEY EVERYBODY, look at my new fuel pump!
So I bought this off of tuners from a guy who asked me to send him money through paypal, but as a gift and not goods so he wouldnt get charged a paypal fee..
So I did that and today in the mail I got a STOCK fuel pump. haha AWESOME! try and steal 50 dollars from a kid... worthless d bag. I cannot see how anyone can mistake a stock fuel pump for a walbro. He even gave me the stock filter too! What a nice guy!
Anyway I was wondering what I can do from here? I have his "address" but who knows if that is correct or not...

You might be able to get it back if you contact paypal otherwise I would just post the same thing on tuners or tell a modorater and have him booted or something along those lines...

Yep. As much I hate so many people scam that way. Never send money for goods through gift. You can contact paypal but I'm 99% sure they won't do jack about it because its your fault for sending that form of payment. Best thing to do would be to let the mods atleast know so he gets the ban hammer.

As they should for providing a popular we all use nearly daily. I'm sure had you done your business honestly (costing an extra $1.50 that the seller could have eaten instead of you so really not affecting you at all) you would be able to get your $50 back. I totally agree with this one. I have been sick for the past couple days, so if you need a more fluid approach to this let me know I wish i had the address of everyone that had fucked me in the past, they would have each gotten a days worth of poo delivered every day for 30 days straight.
I would start off small. Placing a peice of poo in a jewelry box, then bring up the tempo with an explosion in a box, Then i would buy a magazine and poo between the pages of each page and send it... The Grand Finale would be a refrigerator box filled with mine and all of my friends, and all of the local port-o-potties poo filled to the brim and sent in a freight truck.

In all seriousness though. Paypal and eBay fuck people over everyday. They charge list fees, then final value fees then they charge you to use paypal.
I didnt know that sending it as a gift would render my seller protection useless. I was trying to be a nice human being. Alas, the person who sent the wrong pump should be casterated.
