Given those two things, and the first amendment, I think this only applies at a government level. In other words I don't think a state can deny issuing a marriage licence, but a church could opt not to allow a couple to get married at their church.
We shall see...it's only going to get messier from here.

You miss understand what's being said here. I seriously doubt anyone on this site is for pedophilia. We are only pointing out that it opens the door for those types of individuals to stake their claim to "equality". And it's already showing itself.

Exactly. I know a guy who just got arrested for this (aggravated sexual assault of a child, improper relationship between an educator and a student, and federal child pornography charges) and I truly hope inmates give him what he has coming before his sentence is up (my guess is he dies in prison)...and that still won't be enough for what he did.

It is much easier and quicker to make assumptions and pass judgement than it is to really think about what someone has said and where they're coming from on it.

If you think gay marriage opens pedophelia and rape to be normally acceptable and legal, im sorry but there is something wrong with you.

So done with that thought process. Big difference in making interracial marriage legal, giving rights to black people and women to make their own choices, as well as gays allowed to marry vs making sick and illegal items like rape allowable. Come on.
