The new V2 hood I'd almost as heavy as my stocker based on picking each one up. The V1 hood I could pick up with 1 finger.
Takes 2 hands to move the V2.
Also as an off topic side note - a local dsmr.. just picked up a noble last week. I shared you're build page. He's hoping for a fall event at CMP, i plan to join him assuming my car is good to go (new pick up time is now this sunday once again)

Ah nice. Tell him on the noble forum they organize a noble event every year at CMP.
Edit: on the hood, why the hell is the v2 so heavy? Seems like a waste of carbon part that could weigh a fraction of stock.

Not sure why it is so heavy. I don't own a scale but thinking I might get a cheap one just to compare all 3.
Update on the car. Finally got some pictures of in progress of my seat mount mods for the car.

For reference the Halo section of the seat, when I remove the cushion from the seat that section runs right under my eyes when I sit in the seat. Should give me the clearance I need for being 6'4"

So although my car was supposed to be ready months ago. Progress is still progress I guess. Got these photos of him installing my Jay racing relocation kit. As well as pictures of my suspension and subframe bushings installed this week, and other parts finally.
However I'm worried he's chopped the hell out of my frame and may have ruined it between my fender braces and my seat mount work he did.

You can see here he changed his mind on the way he did the seat mount. Went from one piece of metal to several. Said he had issues with the exhaust clearance with the single sheet. And now he's telling me he has to brace the seat mount becuase it flexs when you sit in the seat

The upper rail braces don't look bad, I wonder if they are going to cause your doors to sit further out being it will have an additional layer behind the hinges? Those floor cut outs he's doing would make me a bit nervous as well.
