Installed Pauls rear toe arms today which finally fixed the really bad toe in I had when I installed Bobby's upper arms. Even with out the race alignment done and aftwr just 1 test drive I can already feel the difference the suspension changes have made and it feels great.

Few little updates:
-My compworks fender braces showed up today.
-Sergio has asked me to get a quote on fixing the hood. As well as said he's just about ready to give me a full refund for the hood.
I tried 2 places today to get quotes both of which said they wouldn't touch the hood and both recommend I get a new corrected hood. There is only one shop left that does collision work so maybe they'll work in fiberglass but not holding my breath.
I love the look of the hood and need it's functional ability so far I'm seeing a 13 degree drop in temps when I DD it to work.

Looking for a discussion on cages.
I'm torn on what I want to do for a cage at this point in my build.
I want to be safe and I run my race seats.
With my size 6'4" tall and now 270lbs. And reading up on cage threads. I almost feel like I'm limited to 2 options.
1)only put in a 6pt maintain factory interior
2)basically go full race car and gut everything, modify the drivers seat position to give me clearance for width as well as extra headhood clearance. Which I'm stI'll doubtfull I'll get even wit removing the headliner and lowering the seat as far as I can.
Another option would be to remove the sunroof/roof skin and go 1pc roof.
I know this car is for road racing. But I still love /enjoy driving it on the streets from time to time.
Thoughts on how/if a person of my size will fit with a full cage (AER spec)

Well you need to decide what you want but I am 6'3 and made my cage work. It wasn't easy but seat position was important and I did bend the cage for ability to still use the interior but now that it's done I won't put it back in. I wouldn't do a halo hoop just cause u won't be able to get it up away from you enough from what I found. I clear all my cage components very well and no sitting crooked required. If u buy a pre bent cage and have someone weld it in my guess from research is u won't fit.

Ya I also have that dilemma of finding a cage builder.
So far all the known road racing shops near me don't build cages here in SC.
RRT is 6hrs away so that's not practical for fitment testing trips.
And Panic motorsports send there cars to there sister shop in florida. Again not practical.
I have a welder that I trust here. But he said I'd have to build my own or buy a pre made cage which I don't like as I'm sure it would have to be modified for fitment.

Any old muscle car shops around? Don't have to stick with just import shops.

Not car related but - bought a racing suit will be here tomorrow.
Was on close out on jegs got it for $440.
Sparco Pro Cup X2.
Also contacted RRT about getting a cage and seat brackets made for the car. Decided Id rather drive to a shop that has experience working in dsm's in the road racing scene then be the guinea pig for a shop.
Will be going for a full cage set to AER specs. And if it requires car becoming a dedicated track car. So be it.

Suit showed up a day early. May be 1 size to big. But it's comfortable all around.
