All good then. As long as it's insurance's problem and not his.

No idea if the other cars it also took out all had full coverage or if if they just got screwed. I thought it was BS. And hopefully his rates didn't go up due to him having to make a claim on his own insurance totalling his brand new car.

yes i know my 2000 gtp had the recall back in the day. Its not a good thing thats for sure but I wasnt talking about the 97-03 grand prixs. I'm talking newer ones, those are as good as any DD.

It was a serious recall, thanks for posting the links Rosey. The one that burnt my friends car down had the recall "fixed" as well. Their insurance wouldn't pay my friend because they said technically it wasn't the owners fault. I won't own a Grand Prix anymore after that experience.

Crazyiness. As posted earlier though if we all chose cars based on opinions or what someone had happen to them we all would be riding bicylcles around. :cheer:

Just saw a 2006 evo 9 with 56k for $10200 listed, it was in Detroit. Cant find the listing now but that is a killer deal. And no, it wasnt a scam. lol

I'll see if I can find it again!

Salvage title?
For that price, definitely, and probably still smashed.

No.. Clean and clear title and sold to some kid in NY.

I guess he bought the car with no motor for 6k, put a stock motor in it, twin disk clutch and misc other little shit and had it for sale for $13k, then $12k, then $11k until someone offered him $10k and he came back and said $10,200 and it sold right away.
