Looking good man! No need to be throwing money at a car while you're unemployed, but looks like it will be a LOT of fun!

Thanks, I make enough to get by right now and every now and then i make a little extra and that goes into the car.

Yea it hasn't changed too much, although ive done a lot of little tedious things here and there to make it a little more unique. The front end conversion still isn't fully complete, I'm still waiting to find a near mint set of 1GA fenders...
As far as a Flywheel / Clutch setup, I have the ACT Streetlight 12.5# flywheel ,Exedy street disc, and a 2900# PP And a stock tranny.
I'm hoping that the clutch makes it through break in and by that time i should have enough money for a twin disc setup.
Hows your car been? I see Kevin driving around all the time i just ever get to say what up...

Yep that was me.. Hows that hood workin out for you? I was kickin myself in the ass the other day for selling it but oh well.
Looks like a good build! Keep us posted on your progress.
I'll do my best, I misplaced the cord for my digital camera so im stuck with the pictures off my cell right now.
I really want to make it to the fall dyno day, as of now thats my goal.

Lookin' good! Did you line hone the mains after putting in the ARP's? Did you use a dowel kit for them? I am just trying to keep you out of trouble, I had an experience with an engine with ARP's in and it was dowelled. I am now on a 2.4 that is dowelled and line honed. Are bigger cams in the picture as well after breakin?

I had the mains line honed but knew nothing about the dowel kit, I assume this is what your talking about?

Im sure MAP can order these in and hopefully get me a better deal on them
I also want to pick up one of those Kiggly main braces if i can find one for a good deal, I thought about trying to make one but my motor is already in my car. My buddy works in a steel company and i can get pieces sheared to size... I looked on Magnus and Kiggly's site and neither of them mention a specific thickness...
Bigger cams are definatly in the picture i want to do some more research and drive the car a little bit before i get them.
Thanks for the info on those dowels, I definatly want to get a set of them now.
