they rev to 10,500 rpms though, so it doesnt' matter if their turbo doesn't spool until 8000.

a 2.4 is not required to spool a big turbo, ask shep, ask rau.

i feel they run out of umph (technical term) in the upper rpms where bigger turbos shine
