well, that cheaper than porting. Normally you totally disassemble a head for porting and then do a complete valve job and new seals when done.

Yeah I remember, thanks man. Only problem is that one needs some work too right? Everytime I've had head work done, it's never been cheap. 300-400 or so. I'm looking for one that is ready to go, and I can just slap it on.

Cheap 1G head is apparently hard to come by. Everything cheap needs "1 new valve" or whatever, and everything that I have found, well the seller never replies.

I wouldn't even match the head to the IM... Matter of fact I didn't myself and made boat loads of power with it

I would either just get a cheap 1G head or get a 2g intake manifold. It's a shit load of work to do a good job port matching a 2g head to a 1g intake

just having a hard time finding a stock 1G head, that is in working condition, for a decent price
