yeah i bought something off of ebay and sent the money via paypal and now the guys says the item is broke and he says he sent me my money back via paypal. i dont see the money, doesnt look good...

Like I said, what was the seller's rating on eBay? If they have a lot of sales with a good reputation, there's rarely something to worry about.
