that looks to be the old M4E8 suspension. Easy to make but not that great, nothing the weight transfer? Not a stable gun platform if you ask me. Why would that matter? That's a downsized or straight used tank setup.

The vehicle wasn't built to hold a gun. It's some competition to build the ultimate motorized vehicle.
