I finally got rid of the integra friday night and today I bought myself a 95 talon tsi awd for $2600. It seems to run good, but the turbo has a little shaft play and it needs a few gaskets. Now I have a 2g and a few grand left over from selling my car for mods. :bounce:

Sweet! Welcome to the brotherhood!! I also picked up another DSM today. I got a 92 Talon AWD for $1500!! The thing runs good except for a small fuel leak and warped front rotors. Keyless entry, 2.5" SS cat back exhaust & test pipe, UICP, new rear brakes, shifts good, body is great. I am happy as hell! Sounds like you got a good deal on your car too! Only problem with mine is that it is red, oh well!

Congrats on the car James, I saw it today, looks pretty nice! Now just let me know when you want that timing belt changed, don't wait too long. You definately got a deal on it.

JET, congrats to you as well, sounds like a pretty sweet find!

We heard about the car from a person at school. It wasn't advertised or anything. He said the turbo was bad and it was leaking oil from it and smoking. The smoking he was talking about was coming from the leaky oil cap gasket and valve cover. That oil cap gasket was horrible. Even though the turbo has a little shaft play, it seems to pull pretty hard.

I had a different integra than the one you are thinking of. Mine was all riced out with a bodykit, graphic on the side, big wing, neons, custom interior and a NOS tank in the back with my subs. It was a pretty fun car, but I didn't drive it in the winter because it was too low. Looks like I sold it just in time so I wouldn't need to store it for another winter. :bounce:

Had some winter road/parking lot fun with it tonight. :dsmrule:

i got another car today also. got a pretty good deal on a reliable car that will get me from point a to b, it's nothing more than that. never been a fan of them, and i'm not proud to say it, but theirs a 91 honduh civic si hatchback in the driveway now. it was the right price at the right time, i wasn't looking for one, but it was the best option for me.

sorry,

i'll just go sit in the corner now

Yeah, I just happened to check the trader 5 min after he posted it. I emailed him right away and checked it out the next day. I took it for a 2 min test drive and bought it. It has a bunch of spare parts too. Including an Eprom ECU, O2 sensors, boost guage, 1g intake mani, etc.
