Last night when I went to go to work I went to back out of my driveway and the clutch seemed to engage really low, I thought nothing of it. Once I got out of our driveway I put the car into first and it seemed to do the same thing (almost made me kill it). Went to shift into second and the clutch pedal went right to the floor and stayed there. It was completely on the floor and would not come up on its own.

So I was already running late for work so I just took Jets car to work and didn't mess with it. Well I get home a little bit ago Andy and I looked under the hood to see if the slave or master cylinder was leaking/blown. Couldn't see anything obvious. I go into the car and pull up on the clutch pedal by hand, it comes up and then I push it down. Well its starts to build pressure at the very bottom, a couple more pumps and its fully pressurized. I get in the car and start it up and go through the gears and it shifts fine. WTF? Then it idles for awhile and I get back in it to check again and I push the clutch in and it goes to the floor after a couple pumps. Wait awhile, then pull it back out by hand and sure enough it pumps back up.

Any ideas before I change the master cylinder?

Fluid is full and there are no leaks.
Mods are MBC, 3" exhaust, Intake, otherwise its basically stock.
